the location was prime. shops and restaurants were really close by. i enjoyed the rooftop a lot. it featured an outdoor shower and complimentary drinks.
the mattress felt quite uncomfortable for me. room finishing seemed poor. i noticed scratches and cracks all over the place. the room lighting wasn't great with only one switch for full light.

The staff was attentive. I especially want to recognize mercedes and melania. the location proved convenient for reaching various attractions (a short walk, really). the rooftop patio provided complimentary soft drinks and snacks, a very nice touch.
the bathroom was a bit small and lacked a proper ventilator.

EXCELLENT stay!
fresh foodgreat choice
The breakfast was fabulous. It featured fresh food and GREAT choice. Attention from every member of staff was apparent. I also received a welcome drink and a plate of fresh fruit upon arrival.
The facility is more like a four stars. Small bathroom no ventilator, after shower is very moist. No 24 hours front desk, called few times no answers. Some of the staffs are not five stars service attitudes more like want tourist money attitudes. No doorman for luggages or taxi. My room is noisy like i CAN hear upstairs or neighbors footsteps even late night. Called hotel, they did nothing helps. Carpet in the room is slippery, removed. So so so dirty underneath.... and dusts everywhere in the furniture and the window shades.

The bathroom was smaller than i expected (considering the price i paid). there was no ventilator and it got quite steamy after a shower. the lighting in the room wasn't ideal. There was only one switch to control all the lights, with no dimming options. i also found the mattress rather uncomfortable for a hotel of this supposed calibre.
